MENTAL HEALTH LEADERSHIP: TRANSFORMATION THROUGH INNOVATION
We are pleased to assist Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in running the Mental Health Leadership: Transformation Through Innovation course by making available the expertise Dr Shekhar Saxena, the esteemed mental health expert and ÆRAS consultant. The course explores scalable solutions to improve mental health systems, focusing on policy, care models, and digital innovations. It marks an important step in providing public health professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to address the growing challenges in mental health.

Versoix Heritage-Tech Lab
Rooted in the legacy of Versoix as a “land of inventors,” the Versoix Heritage-Tech Lab is a novel initiative that blends traditional craftsmanship with innovation. In partnership with Versoix Heritage Association, AddictLab, ADER, and local experts, through hands-on STEAM-based activities inspired by local heritage, the Lab promotes community well-being, intergenerational learning, and sustainable development. It offers creative workshops, educational programs, and outreach initiatives that empower people of all ages to reconnect with history while shaping the future.
Climate, Health & Heritage in the Colombian Andes
Climate change is reshaping life in Colombia’s Andean region, where rising temperatures, erratic weather, and environmental degradation threaten both ecosystems and public health. Æras Development Group is partnering with indigenous communities to research how traditional knowledge and modern science can work together to build climate resilience and protect health and heritage.
